Manufacturers install motorcycle steering bearings as specialized components on the frame head tube and the front fork steering column. The steering column is equipped with limit blocks to keep the return angle of the steering bar below 45°. These steering bearings perform only oscillating movements and bear combined axial and radial loads, with axial load being the primary force. Despite being restricted by the radial dimensions of the frame head tube, steering bearings are still able to provide a relatively high load-carrying capacity.

Motorcycle bearings serve several critical components of the engine system. They support shaft components such as crankshafts and camshafts, stabilizing shaft operation and ensuring steady power output and proper valve timing. Within the transmission system, clutch and gearbox bearings transmit power to achieve smooth gear shifting. Bearings installed on the front axle, rear axle, and suspension joints bear the vehicle’s weight, absorb vibrations, and create a stable and comfortable riding environment. Steering column bearings allow the handlebars to rotate flexibly, enabling precise steering control and providing comprehensive support for the efficient operation of all core motorcycle systems.
