We cast this brake disc from high-carbon alloy gray iron in one piece. Its metallographic structure features uniform pearlite matrix with flake graphite. Hardness stays stable between HB180-240, meeting ISO 1940 balance standards with runout tolerance ≤0.05mm.
The disc features radial vented channels with airfoil-shaped vanes. These channels enhance forced convection heat transfer by 35%, effectively resisting brake fade under continuous braking. They prevent thermal cracking and disc warpage under high-temperature conditions.
We apply an eco-friendly UV passivation coating on the disc surface. It delivers full corrosion protection on the hub and outer edges. The disc matches original mounting hole positions perfectly, passes ECE-R90 safety certification, and meets OE-level service life requirements.
