Eccentric roller bearing is a very practical types in all the bearings.

Cylindrical roller bearings feature line contact between cylindrical rollers and raceways. They carry heavy loads effectively and primarily withstand radial loads. Rolling elements create little friction with ring ribs, so these bearings suit high-speed operation well. We classify them by ring rib structures into single-row types including NU, NJ, NUP, N and NF, as well as double-row types like NNU and NN. Users can separate their inner rings from outer rings freely.
  1. Rollers keep line contact or modified line contact with raceways. These bearings hold strong radial loads and endure heavy loads and impact loads steadily.
  2. They produce low friction. They fit high-speed working conditions and reach limit speeds nearly equal to those of deep groove ball bearings.
  3. N-type and NU-type bearings move freely in the axial direction. They offset shaft and housing position changes brought by thermal expansion or assembly errors, and serve as free-end supports.
  4. Users need high machining precision for matching shafts and housing bores. Operators must strictly control outer ring axis deflection after installation to prevent concentrated contact stress.
  5. Workers detach inner rings or outer rings easily, which simplifies bearing assembly and disassembly work.
We widely apply cylindrical roller bearings in medium and large motors, locomotives, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reduction gearboxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens and lifting transport machinery.
